Jay co-purchased Sandpiper Properties, Inc. after a successful Real Estate career in the Coachella Valley, Minneapolis/St. Paul and Western Wisconsin.  He was a member of the Leadership Circle for Edina Realty, one of the major Twin Cities real estate companies.  He has done remodeling, restoring, new construction, and conversions for the past 14 years, completing over 21 projects with his partner.  They have owned in the Valley for the past 6 years.
